You may be interested in this.

It is the journal of a young Florida National Guardsman on active duty in Bagdad.

He was wounded and is now in the U.S.

I would advise te BEST way to read this is by going to the calendar and begin reading with his first post in Jan. 2003

I found it informative, interesting and entertaining.

And what logic would lead a person to falsely believe my posting that link makes me a fan of Geri Halliwel's views on on Iraq?

As there is NO logic which would lead to that false assumtion, methinks you should avail yourself of a class in logic.

Speaking of logic John... it is generally accepted in the educated crowd that Atheism is illogical and a more logical stance would be to be Agnostic or to believe in a Creator.

If you don't believe me, call several professors at a college near you and ask them. My wife is a professor at a university and has just returned from just such a talk.

Again, now Unsubscribed, you could not be more wrong.

In GENERAL, the HIGHER the I.Q. and the HIGHER the eductation,
              the LESS religous the person.

So your asinine statemnt of "it is generally accepted in the educated crowd that Atheism is illogical and a more logical stance would be to be Agnostic or to believe in a Creator."
              is total bull shit!

I only know of four people who have each earned TWO Noble Prizes & ALL four are Atheists!

              Marie Curie, Burtrand Russell,
              Linus Pauling and Albert Einstein.

Where is your wife a professor at? Some Christian college?

quite simple my good man! i said, "it's raining me," which is the title of a geri halliwel song usually sung by large, burly yet well-shaven men wearing tight, sequine dresses. you said, "is that bad?" i assumed, perhaps wrongly, that that meant you think raining men is a good thing, that the aforementioned song is a personal favorite, and that you are, by extension, a fan of ms. halliwel.

now then, my good sir, i have no idea if ms. halliwel has any views whatsoever about the ar in iraq. if she does, i'd love to hear of them!

so you see, my logic is rather striaghtfoward! here's another fine day in the space-time continum!

              Well, Prof.

If you were more clear in your communications,
there would be much less confusion in regards to them.

Your asssumption that someone knows that some
thing is a song title and not a statment of "macho" due to our support of the war was the problem.

On top of that, I screwed up and got the singer confused with one of those in the Dixie Chicks. Whereas you were referring to one of the Spice Girls.

              (I think)

              Sorry for my error.
